You may also submit credit card payment directly online using the button below. The sponsorship process is not complete until you submit both the registration form and we receive your payment.  You may also print the sponsorship form and send it along with payment to United Way of Mason County, 920 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, MI, 49431 

Please note that forms must be received by the last day in June for your logo to appear on the volunCHEER shirts. Please send a vectored image file (AI, SVG, or EPS) to amanda@masoncountyuw.org by that date.
